They usually dyno right around 350-360 whp stock from what I've researched. That's pretty strong, but they are mainly to be feared when modified... small amounts of money spent on them nets big gains. I raced one recently that had exhaust, pulley, intake and chip (which puts them at around 450 rwhp), and we were about dead even... him not pulling on me and me not pulling on him, me at 16 psi on stock turbos. Don't forget, those things are fairly heavy.
